The staff, especially Maria and Salvador, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, from surprising me with a hot cup of coffee in the morning to promptly providing an extension cord for my shaver. Despite the lack of breakfast service, the staff's kindness and resourcefulness truly made my stay memorable. The comfortable room, ample hot water, and convenient location in downtown Cabo San Lucas exceeded my expectations.
